Individual & Family Consultations
Consultations are a space and time that you treat yourself to. They are a safe, supportive and compassionate space, free of any judgement.
During our first session, we will get to know each other and explore your query and needs. You are then free to decide whether you want to engage in a therapeutic work with me.
The approach is tailored to your needs:
It can be a short term psychological support if you currently experience difficult and challenging times or just feel the need to talk and be listened to with empathy.
It can be a regular, longer term support if you wish

❇ to develop healthier ways to respond to challenges,
❇ to understand your needs and emotions,
❇ to manage your thoughts,
❇ to cultivate self-compassion and build healthy relationships
❇ and to lead a more meaningful and mindful life.
Together, we can address difficulties you may experience regarding expatriation; life transitions; couple, family and perinatal mental health; womanhood and motherhood.
Consultations last 50 minutes and can be carried out online (Zoom) for Asian/European/African regions, in person (Central, Hong Kong and Cheung Sha, Lantau) or at home (perinatality & postpartum).
